A pictorial-style bookplate in brown ink on ivory paper, with an image of two birds and several flowers set in a hexagonal box with a scalloped border. To the left of the hexagon is a female figure dressed in a skirt with a floral design and holding a large flower, and to the right is a male figure dressed in pantaloons and a hat, also holding a large flower. Along the top of the hexagon is the text "Ex libris" with a floral motif between the words, and on the bottom edge is the name Déry Ernőné with a floral motif.
