A heraldic-style bookplate in black ink on ivory paper featuring a coat of arms on a simplified shield, which bears three hound's heads and three crosslet crosses. The shield is topped with a wreath bearing a rampant hound facing left and holding a dagger. A banner beneath reads "Amicis semper fidelis," which translates from Latin to "always faithful friend." Above is the text "Ex libris" and beneath is the name Louise E. Winterburn.
