A pictorial-style bookplate in black ink on ivory paper with a line border. The central image is of the front of a house with a double door. Above it are a plaque on the left and an inset image of the entire house on the right. The plaque reads "Captain Charles Churchill, His house at Westerfield in the Colony of Connecticut [dates illegible]." Inset beneath is a text block that reads "Ex libris George Dudley Seymour," and beneath the border is additional text that reads "Book-plate of Mr. George Dudley Seymour. By W.F. Hopson."
