It is topped with a helmet and wreath with a partial lion rampant and surrounded by flourishes. Beneath is a banner that reads "Elatum a Deo Non Deprimat" which loosely translates from the Latin to "That which is lifted by God will not sink." Under the banner is the text "Ex libris Sarah Dempsey."
