A postcard featuring a drawing in blue ink of a young girl in Dutch clothing holding a model ship. A handwritten note on the front reads "Your P.C. received also nice letter containing check. Am much obliged for both. Was rejoiced to hear that your ship had come home at last. Here is another loaded with best wishes for prosperity. May it arrive at your port heavily laden. E.W.G. June 25, 1905." The postcard is addressed to Mr. H.C. Barnabee, 225 Riverside Drive, New York, N.Y. and is postmarked from Boston, Mass. on June 25, 1905.
